On 13 th December, the 4 th round of 2017 IEMG tournament finishes in
Huai’an China. Korean men’s team defeats Chinese Taipei by 2-0 and
wins men’s team championship. Meanwhile, Korean women’s team
defeats USA by 2-0 and wins women’s team championship.
In men’s team tournament, Ke Jie defeated Park Jeong Hwan in the 1 st
round. Although Tang Weixing lost to Shin Jin Seo, China team took
advantage of the winning of the first seat. But in the 3 rd round, Tang
Weixing unexpectedly lost to Chen Shih-Luan (Chinese Taipei), so China
tied with Chinese Taipei. Korea 2-0 Chinese Taipei in the last round and
gets the championship of Men’s team. China, Chinese Taipei get 2 nd and
3 rd .
In women’s team tournament, Chinese female player Yu Zhiying
defeated Choi Jeong and helps China gets advantage in the race though
Lu Minquan lost to Oh Yu Jin. But in the final round, Yu Zhiying
unexpectedly lost to Fujisawa Rina, therefore, Korean women’s team
wins the championship of Women’s team. China, Japan get 2 nd and 3 rd .
Men’s rapid game, Women’s rapid game and Pair Go will be held from
tomorrow.
