The Executive Committee of of the IMSA was set up as follows in 2005:

General Secretary Mr Erik Puyt (Vice-President of International Go Federation (IGF))

Treasurer Mr David Jarrett (Treasurer of Federation Internationale des Echecs (FIDE))

Honorary Secretary Mr Jean-Claude Schupp (Executive Director of GAISF)

IMSA is a grouping of the top four mind sports: Bridge, Chess, Draughts, Go. It is working to promote mind sports on an international level. Its current major project is organising mind sport games in Beijing in October 2008.
