Yang Yaoling 7d Wins 51st Paris International Tournament
The 51st Paris International Tournament, one of the oldest annual European competitions, was held on 30 March-1 April and brought together 170 participants from Europe and beyond. The winner was Yang Yaoling 7d, who remained undefeated after six rounds and thus repeated his last year’s success in this competition. The runner-up was Dai Junfu 8d who lost only to the winner; Krushelnytskyi Valerii 6d and Kim Dohyup 7d both lost only to the winner and the runner-up, but the former was ahead according to the tie-breakers.
