The Chinese C League was held in Wuxi on 9–17 June. The European team was once again invited to participate. The members of the team were Andrii Kravets 2p, Stanisław Frejlak 2p, Tanguy Le Calvé 1p, and Lukáš Podpěra 7d.
The European team beat the team of Southeast Asia in round 2 with a score of 3-1 and lost in the other six rounds. The best individual result in the European team was demonstrated by Tanguy Le Calvé 1p, who won three games out of seven.
