A new online tournament has just started: the 1st Factorio Speed Go Championship. It’s a knockout competition for 16 European players. One pair of participants plays a best-of-five match each Sunday at 18:00 CET. The games are commented live on the EGF Twitch channel, and you can find the video records on the Factorio Speed Go Championship YouTube channel. Fischer time control is applied, progressively faster in each game: from five down to one minute of basic time, and from eight down to four seconds of increment per move. The grand prize is €1.000.
