The Hungarian Open Go Championship 2025, a Bonus Point Level C tournament, took place in Budapest on 23–24 November and attracted 62 participants from 11 countries. Lukas Podpera 7d remained undefeated and claimed the Championship. He won two games by half a point – against the runner-up Pal Balogh 7d and against Benjamin Dréan-Guénaïzia 1p, who finished fourth. The third place went to Dominik Boviz 6d.
