On October 13-16 Antigua Guatemala will be the host city of the 2nd Latin American Go Congress which is organized by the Guatemalan I-go Club and the Ibero American Go Federation with support of the IGF and Pandanet. The Congress will host a variety of events such as the 20th Ibero American Go Championship-a Hans Pietsch memorial-, the 2nd Latin Youth Go Championship, the 3rd Latin Pair Go Championship and the final match of the Pandanet Latin American League.

Besides this, lectures, game reviews and simultaneous games will be taught by 3 visiting pro players: Cho Hye-Yeon 9p, Eun-kyo Do 1p, both from the Korean Baduk Association and Zirui Song 1p from the American Go Association.

On the Pandanet team match, the top two eligible teams at the end of the Latin American League, Mexico and Chile will be facing each other on a 3 board arrangement for the title of the 2nd Pandanet Go Latin American Team Championship. Mexico is the defending champion. Games will be broadcasted on Pandanet and you can follow the live broadcast on Ibero Go Fed’s Twitch account fedibergo1 on October, Saturday 13th at 17 hours GMT-6.
